The Cahaba River, which embraces most of Living River's
440 acres, is packed with environmental treasures, providing infiinte
opportunities for study. As a member of the
community of groups and advocates that seek to protect and preserve
the Cahaba, Living River will have additional
sources of knowledge and support to strengthen its environmental programs. Possible topics of study and research could include:
In addition to offering its own environmental programs, the Presbytery will also work, whenever possible, with other organizations that seek to study and research Living River's natural resources in a manner consistent with the Presbytery's mission of promoting good stewardship and understanding of God's creation. |
